Connect your GitHub account

If you used GitHub authorization to create your MDTX account, you can skip this step as your accounts are already connected!

If you used any other method you will need to connect your account to search for any repositories - to connect to GitHub simply follow these simple steps:

• click on the settings button in the left navbar and then select integrations
• you should see a GitHub logo, click the integrate button underneath it
• confirm you want to connect and you will be redirected to GitHub
• agree to the permissions and you'll be redirected back to MDTX

All done! Both accounts are now connected and you can search for repositories on GitHub including forks.

Remember that MDTX uses the permissions on your GitHub account so you'll have the exact same access you have on it! If any repository requires admin access to commit you will need to ask for it or just do a pull request.
