MDTX Setup tutorial

The setup is very simple and requires just three steps to get you up and running. Just go to each section to get a brief rundown on how to complete each step:

• Creating an account: obviously before you do anything else you need to make an MDTX account - which requires only an email & password
• Connecting GitHub: to open GitHub repositories you need a GitHub account and connect it with your MDTX account (its just 1 click)
• Connecting GitLab: to open GitLab repositories you need the url to your instance and an access key

Remember: connections are automatically shared with team members so if you have a team invite from someone with access you can ignore steps 2 and 3!
